Dit red dot vizier gebruikt de Shield RMSc footprint standaard.

De RMSw is ontworpen om bestand te zijn tegen schade door water of andere zware omgevingsomstandigheden. De RMS-W is voorzien van een pakkingafdichting om een waterdichte aansluiting te creëren tussen de slede en het batterijcompartiment, zonder dat extra montageplaten nodig zijn. Wanneer het vizier gemonteerd is, blijft het waterdicht tot een diepte van 20 meter gedurende meer dan 30 minuten.
De RMS-W beschikt ook over een nieuw ontworpen frame dat extra dikte aan de behuizing toevoegt, evenals een nieuw zijprofiel. De RMS-W is bovendien het eerste vizier in de RMS-serie dat profiteert van de nieuw ontwikkelde hard gecoate polymeer lens.
De RMS-W heeft dezelfde footprint als alle voorgaande Shield mini richtmiddelen en past op elke slede die al is gefreesd voor de RMS, RMS-C, SMS of Jpoint.
Shield’s viziermontage-opties zijn uitgebreid en ze bieden momenteel meer dan 40 oplossingen om een mini vizier te monteren op een breed scala aan populaire pistolen, richtkijkers, shotguns en geweren.
*De RMS-W is afhankelijk van een strakke afdichting tussen vizier en montageplatform. Als u de RMSw monteert op een single stack of een pistool met taps toelopende bovenkant, kan de volledig waterdichte functie in het gedrang komen.
Alle vizieren en accessoires van Shield worden met trots vervaardigd in Engeland.

Almost perfect...upraised logo should be left off
This toy is great for relentless chewers with strong jaws! It would be almost perfect if it didn't have a "K9" logo in raised rubber on it. That is the place that my aggressive chewer shepherd/bulldog mix focuses on and is able to get small chunks off. Without that logo, he would chew the ball more evenly, instead of fixating on that one spot. He loves this ball and has chewed on it for about an hour off & on each of the 11 days he has had it. Although it is very durable so far, the flaw is the upraised logo.

Perfect for "Heavy Chewers," lasts long, and has yet to come apart or tear up

I have several dogs, and they are what would be considered as "Heavy Chewers." They are truly awesome pets, and I consider them like my children. I started looking for toys that I wouldn't worry about if I didn't have line of sight for every minute. All dog toys, regardless of their size, type, weight, or if they're steel versus plastic material have a warning on the bottom of very label/package that states that the animal should never be left alone with the toy. With that said, I do not leave the toys unattended, even though this toy has paid it's weight in how well it has stood up to the constant chewing my dogs give it everytime I place it in their crates to prevent fights, or issues on the pack order. As far as the actual toy, it looks, feels, and even smells like a tire, but without any problems with the dogs accepting it to play with. The toy bounces like a ball, and the overall weight is heavy enough to ensure durability. Just like a tire, the toy is made of rubber, not plastic material. I have found that smearing small amounts of peanut butter in to the crevices of the tire rather than brand specific treats is just as effective, I will also freeze the peanut butter into the tire, and this also increases the length of time it takes for the dogs to consume. I ended up buying three more toys, mostly so all my dogs have one, and that I also have one as a spare. I would recommend this to any owner of a "Heavy Chewer" as the product is well made, and yet to have any defect or piece removed by any of my dogs, and they do chew on these toys extensively.
