What kind of adventure we talking about?
We’re talking about a whole new fill-in-the-blank storytelling game that you can play with any Cards Against Humanity cards you've got.
What’s inside the box?
Tales comes with a sumptuous leatherbound book of stories and a collection of matchboxes filled with hundreds of deliciously tiny prompt cards.
Does Tales come with any new Cards Against Humanity cards?
No. To play Tales, you’ll need to own, borrow, or steal some Cards Against Humanity cards. We would be happy to sell you some.
How do you play?
You choose a story and pass out the prompt cards. Everyone picks Cards Against Humanity white cards for their individual prompts—without knowing how those cards will fit into the story. Then you reveal the final adventure by reading it all out loud together. You basically already know how to play.
How do you win?
Tales is a cooperative experience, just like a picnic or an orgy.
What are the stories like?
Here are a couple of excerpts from Neil Armstrong’s Moon Diary and Maria is Possessed (with a few prompts and white cards).
How many people can play?
Tales is so flexible you can play it with a big party or just with the man locked in your basement.
