Omschrijving

De BIOME+ Cleansing Comfort Balm is samengesteld met zorgvuldig geselecteerde ingrediënten. Deze ingrediënten werken samen om de huid op een effectieve wijze te reinigen en te verzorgen. De cleansing comfort balm bevat een mix van plantaardige oliën die de huid voeden en hydrateren, terwijl ze tegelijkertijd make-up en onzuiverheden oplossen. Helpt om het natuurlijke evenwicht van de huidflora te behouden, de huid te ondersteunen en te beschermen tegen schadelijke invloeden van buitenaf.

Gebruiksadvies

Breng een kleine hoeveelheid van de BIOME+ Cleansing Comfort Balm aan op een droge huid. Masseer ongeveer een minuut zachtjes in met ronddraaiende bewegingen om make-up, vuil en onzuiverheden op te lossen. Voeg wat water toe om de balsem te emulgeren tot een melkachtige textuur. Spoel vervolgens af met water of verwijder met een warme, vochtige doek. 

Ingrediënten
  • Gefermenteerde squalaan (een plantaardige emollient die wordt gewonnen uit hernieuwbare suikerriet via een biotechnologisch fermentatieproces. Het biedt een snelle en langdurige hydraterende werking, en helpt bij het ondersteunen van een gezonde vochtbarriëre van de huid)
  • Ashwagandha (een adaptogene plant die helpt om de huidbarriëre te versterken tegen de effecten van oxidatieve stress en een gladde, stralende huid te bevorderen.
  • Plantaardige oliën (een mix van voedende buchu blad en sinaasappelschil oliën die de huid hydrateren en vocht aanvullen)
  • Melkzuur (een milde alphahydroxyzuur dat helpt om de huid te egaliseren en gladder te maken)

I bought this because every sunblock I own eventually gets in my eyes and burns the living daylights out of them. I prefer to use something that isn't laden with chemicals, is cruelty free and reef safe so this looked like it would fit the bill and indeed, it does. It is a true "no tears" formula which I very much appreciate. As with so many zinc based sunblocks there's still a slight "Kabuki mask" effect but it isn't as bad as some of the other zinc products. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's easy to spread because it doesn't have a lot of "slip", doesn't glide like the non-zinc products. You do have to work with it for awhile to get rid of the decidedly chalky consistency but once you get going it seems to be okay. I think somebody else mentioned using a moisturizer before you put it on which seems like good idea even though this is supposed to be moisturizing. Would I purchase this again? I'm pretty sure I will because the "no tears" aspect of the product is important to me. I'll probably use it with a light carrier oil on my face first, let that oil sink in and then put this on top.
