Magniflex was een Italiaanse professionele wielerploeg. Het team was actief in de wielerwereld van 1973-1981 en hierna nog kort van 1986-1987. Een wielerteam dat misschien niet altijd de allergrootste rondes won, maar wel kleur gaf aan de koers met aanvallende renners en opvallende uitslagen. Magniflex-Olmo moest het hebben van slimheid en vechtlust. De zege in 'La Primavera' (Milaan-San Remo) blijft hun kroonjuweel.

Één van de bekendste renners die voor Magniflex reed was Pierino Gavazzi. Gavazzi won in 1980 Milaan-San Remo. Andere renners waren ondermeer de sterke klassementsrenner en klimmer Alfio Vandi. De Zweedse olympisch kampioen Bernt Johansson en Marino Amadori, een sterke Italiaanse renner die in 1981 de Tirreno-Adriatico bijna won. Ploegleider in de succesperiode was Primo Franchini

Hoofdsponsor was de gelijknamige Italiaanse matrassenfabrikant Magniflex, van de broers Franco en Giuliano Magni.  De ander sponsor was OLMO, leverancier van de prachtige blauwe fietsen. Deze kwamen uit de fabriek van Giuseppe "Gepin" Olmo, zelf een oud-wielerkampioen (hij won o.a. Milaan-San Remo in 1935).
