Het BraceBlok™ is ons ballast systeem, speciaal ontworpen voor tijdelijk hekwerk. Vaak worden zandzakken, betonplaten en andere improvisaties gebruikt om een afzetting te verzwaren. Met ons BraceBlok™ bent u daar in één keer vanaf.

BraceBloks™ zijn gemaakt van beton met hoge dichtheid, omhuld met weerbestendig LDPE-plastic. Ze wegen per stuk 50 kg en zijn vrijwel onbreekbaar. De Bracebloks™ zijn stapelbaar tot maximaal 4 stuks en hebben een heldergele kleur om goed op te vallen. Voor de installatie zijn 2 personen nodig, en u heeft onze speciaal ontworpen Braceblok™ Lifter nodig.

Het belangrijkste voordeel van onze BraceBloks™ is het zware gewicht van 50 kg per stuk, waardoor uw hekwerk met deze ballast weer- en windbestendig is. Daarnaast zijn de robuustheid en de opvallende kleur van dit product zeker noemenswaardig. 

Een installatie bestaande uit bouwhekken van 2 m is bestand tegen windsnelheden van:

  • 80 km/u bij 1 blok en korte schoor
  • 100 km/u bij 2 blokken en korte schoor
  • 135 km/u bij 3 blokken en korte schoor

Het wordt aanbevolen om geschikte persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM) te dragen bij het hanteren van deze blokken. De BraceBlok™ is een product dat naast elkaar geplaatst en gestapeld kan worden. Wij raden aan om de verpakkingshoogte, d.w.z. 6 eenheden, niet te overschrijden.

Cheap and unstable

Although this has nothing to do with the product, it arrived a day later than previously stated. Making me have to create a makeshift room divider the day it was actually needed. When the product arrived it arrived in a box that showed no evidence of damage. Once opened, divider was found inside a plastic cover. Great protector for dust or scratching. The divider was fully assembled so there was nothing for me to do but remove it from packaging and use it where needed. After further inspection the divider was not only cheap and flimsy looking it was absolutely unstable. It would wobble and appears to have been assembled in a rush making some panels crooked. I noted significant damage to the bottom portion of some of the panels both front and back. It does not feel like an item worth the price. The color is as advertised and the product had no smell. The sizing was accurate.
