Alla vista, il vino è di un bel rosso rubino. Il naso si schiude su sentori floreali di rosa e fruttati di ciliegie e lamponi, con tracce speziate e di tabacco. Al palato, il vino si distende con buon equilibrio, tannini lievi e ben amalgamati e bella freschezza. Finale persistente e chiusura armonica.Il Langhe Nebbiolo di Malvira' proviene da due vigneti di proprietà, Trinità e Mombeltramo, poggiati su suoli di tipo argilloso e calcareo, sabbiosi. La vinificazione avviene in vasche di acciaio, mentre la maturazione è effettuata in fusti di legno per 18-24 mesi e per 10 mesi in bottiglia. Un Nebbiolo di beva molto piacevole.
Si accosta a meraviglia con taglieri di salumi e tagliate di manzo. Accompagna benissimo qualsiasi piatti a base di carne rossa, ma anche selvaggina.
