Weleda Hydra+ 48H hydraterende Gezichtscrème zorgt voor directe en langdurige hydratatie voor de normale en droge huid, zonder de poriën te verstoppen. De volledig natuurlijke Gezichtscrème heeft een goede huidverdraagzaamheid en ondersteunt de natuurlijke beschermlaag van de huid. De directe hydratatie houdt tot wel 24 uur lang aan.
