Op 18 februari 2006 verzamelden niet minder dan 1,5 miljoen mensen zich op de strand van Copacabana om getuige te zijn van een stukje Rock ’n Roll historie. The Rolling Stones gaven daar die dag het grootste gratis openluchtconcert ooit. De originele opnames van dit legendarische optreden zijn opgeknapt en geremastered.
