Kwaliteit is niet altijd een criterium, er gaan jaarlijks ook liters simpele sekt naar binnen. Bij Von Winning is kwaliteit uiteraard wél een vereiste. Ze hanteren dezelfde strenge eisen als de Champagneboeren doen. Het enige verschil is dat ze gebruik maken van riesling-druiven. De wijnen worden gemaakt volgens de traditionele methode, dat wil zeggen: de tweede vergisting op de fles. De eerste vergisting vindt plaats in RVS tanks om het frisse karakter van de riesling-druif te behouden. Daarna wordt de wijn gebotteld en ondergaat het een tweede vergisting, gevolgd door een rijping op de lie van 15 maanden. Het resultaat is een sublieme sekt met knisperende zuren, een fijne mousse en een verfrissende, mineralige afdronk.

Isn’t that the impression you get by the discrimination “indestructible” To add insult to injury this company sent a second one for another $30 and it really ticks me off that the product discrimination on even the return label still describes it as an indestructible plush dog toy. Please don’t waste your money this not as advertised. There’s nothing about this product to justify the outrageous expense for a toy that didn’t last five minutes.
