Deze prestigieuze rib eye, afkomstig van 300 dagen graan gevoerde Angus runderen, vertegenwoordigt het summum van luxe op uw barbecue. BBQ Bereidingstips:
- Breng het vlees op kamertemperatuur
- Bestrooi royaal met grof zeezout
- Grill op hoog vuur voor een perfecte korst

- Las 8-10 minuten rusttijd in
- Snijd tegen de draad in voor maximale malsheid

De rijke intramusculaire vetdoorading zorgt tijdens het grillen voor een explosie van smaken. Verwacht een botermalse textuur met tonen van noten, mineralen en een subtiele zoete ondertoon die alleen te vinden is in premium graangevoerd rundvlees.
Deze ribeye illustreert waarom Miguel Vergara wordt beschouwd als één van 's werelds meest vooraanstaande vleesleveranciers. Een waar genot voor elke BBQ-liefhebber die streeft naar perfectie op het rooster.
Er gaat niets boven een steak afgegrild op een gloeiend heet rooster kort boven de kolen.
Dit levert echt de ultieme ‘Grilled Steak’ smaak op.
Deze keer mogen we een mooie 450 gram Rib Eye van Miguel Vergara bereiden een topklasse steak uit ons assortiment.
300 Dagen graan gevoerd zorgt voor een mooie marmering en al dat intramusculair vet geeft een bom aan smaak af.
Uiteraard laten we de steak eerst goed op temperatuur komen en stoken we de Bastard op met een volle kolenmand.
Op de rand van de kolenmand leggen we direct het gietijzeren rooster uit onze MiniMax. Dit rooster ligt nu 6 cm lager dan wanneer we hem onderin het multilevel cooking system leggen en dus vlak boven de kolen.
Nu plaatsen we het multilevel cooking system met RVS rooster en de keteltemperatuur gaat naar 160 graden.
De steak bestrooien we met grof Flor del Delta zout en dit laten we even intrekken. Dit helpt ook mee aan de heerlijke grillcrust.
Dan gaat de steak even op het RVS rooster en we brengen deze naar een kerntemperatuur van 40 graden. Het vet begint al mooi zacht te worden.
De schuiven gaan vol open en het multi level cooking system halen we uit de kamado. De temperatuur schiet naar de 250 graden en de kolenmand gloeit inmiddels als Danté’s negende ring.
We leggen de steak op het gloeiend hete rooster en wachten heel even, de geur is echt heerlijk, even omdraaien en dan de andere kant afgrillen.
Het afgrillen gaat snel op deze hoge temperatuur. We leggen de steak op een houten plank. Hij is wat bol getrokken tijdens het afgrillen dus drukken we hem voorzichtig plat en duwen 3 satéprikkers in de steak.
We laten hem 5 minuten rusten waarbij het vlees weer ontspant en we verwijderen dan de saté prikkers. De steak is weer mooi vlak.
Van onze ’t Centrum’ kruidenbotermix hebben we kruidenboter gemaakt en we leggen 2 dunne, niet te koude plakjes op het vlees.
Het resultaat is een perfecte medium gegrilde steak. Wil je hem meer rare laat hem dan korter op het RVS rooster liggen.
Het vlees is super sappig en mals en kan je zo naar binnen slurpen.

Amazingly strong and versatile

I saw these advertised on Instagram and immediately purchased a 4 pack. I really wanted them to work but after trying them on 4-5 different steel surfaces I couldn't'[t get any of them to stick well or hold anything heavier than a wet towel. Maybe a bad batch? A shame.
The company took the time to reach out to me after seeing my first review where the hooks wound stick to metal poles in my studio. I definitely was not expecting them to reach out to address my issues with the hooks I purchased and returned. After trying the new replacement hooks out I now could not be more impressed! They are strong, well made and easy to use. The hooks and the magnetic baskets are phenomenal and I highly recommend them. I did a test with the hooks, which held a 75 lb weight with no issues on the side of a craftsman tool box! It seems that any early product issues are fixed. The customer service is fantastic and they really took the time to address the issues and keep their customers coming back happy. Well done! Gator Magnetics is definitely a class act in my book!

25 lb hanger doesn’t hold my Echo trimmer

Purchased the holders for my Echo trimmer and hedger but the tines are not long enough to hold the Echos. A picture in the description shows a gas powered unit hanging which is why I bought the hangers. Buy the larger 45 lb hanger for trimmers. Nice hook but I’ll probably send them back if i can’t find a use for them soon.
