Le uve sono raccolte a mano e vinificate in legno, con breve affinamento sui lieviti per garantire la maggiore freschezza e aderenza varietale possibile. Like you have a choice

If you’re buying this, there’s a good choice it’s an assigned text and you have zero choice in the matter. I can say, this one is nowhere near as well written as the Aspen Torts and Civ Pro books. I often read passages in this book and shake my head because it’s so confusing. Property is tough, this book makes it worse.
