Al palato è caldo, avvolgente con tannini morbidi e buona struttura. Il finale è persistente.Il Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC Il Vegro di Brigaldara nasce dalla rifermentazione sulle vinacce di Amarone. La rifermentazione arricchisce la struttura e l'aroma del vino, rendendolo più equilibrato, complesso ed evoluto. Il vino viene affinato prima in acciaio e poi in botti di rovere di Slavonia da 25hl.
E un vino intenso e di buona struttura, ideale per accompagnare secondi piatti di carni rosse arrosto o stufate.
