Santa Tresa is in 1697 opgericht en bezit 50 hectare grond. Sinds 2000 is het in handen van Stefano en Marina Girelli en hun zakenpartner Massimo Maggio. De wijnboerderij ligt in Vittoria, in het zuiden van Sicilië. De druiven worden al jarenlang biologisch geteeld en het landgoed is officieel in 2009 gecertificeerd. De wijngaarden genieten van een koele zuidelijke zeebrief die de hitte van het binnenland weet te compenseren. De bodem is dankzij de ligging nabij de Etna bijzonder vruchtbaar. De druiven worden verbouwd op het beroemde terra rosso van Vittoria op het landgoed van Santa Tresa - het ideale terroir voor Nero d'Avola. De druiven worden volledig handmatig geoogst wanneer ze de perfecte rijpheid hebben bereikt. Ze worden in kleine kratten verzameld en voorzichtig naar de wijnmakerij gebracht. Tijdens de gehele vinificatie en botteling wordt er geen zwavel toegevoegd. E druiven zijn zeer zorgvuldig ontsteeld en vervolgens zacht geperst. De gisting vindt vervolgens plaats tussen 22 en 26 graden. Het sap blijft na de fermentatie 3 tot 4 dagen in contact met de schil en heeft in totaal ongeveer 15 dagen huidcontact. De wijn blijft tot slot 2 tot 3 maanden op zijn fijne droesem in roestvrijstalen tanks voordat hij wordt gebotteld.De heerlijke aroma’s van Santa Tresa Insieme Nero d'Avola
Het resultaat is een intense paarskleurige wijn. De aroma’s zijn erg fris met tonen van rode bessen en bramen. De smaak is rond en zacht en de wijn heeft een zijdezacht karakter en is erg prettig om te drinken. Deze Insieme past erg goed bij pasta gerechten.Shipping Notes

Love them!

Love them! After 10 years with our MyPillows, they finally lost their fluff. The reviews I read of the MyPillows of today were not good; they didn’t have as much filling as they used to. These pillows remind me of how fluffy our new MyPillows were 10 years ago!! You sink right into them and can mush them however and they stay. These are way cheaper than the Coop and it’s the same concept; add or remove the filling as needed. The cooling side is a huge plus too! You won’t be disappointed with these pillows!

Ok I normally don't leave reviews but I had to on this pillow. I was looking forever for a pillow and was nervous about buying one because you know how that usually goes when it comes to buying pillows. They arrived compressed but when you unwrap them they blow up to be a heavy duty pillow. Firm but not too firm. I don't like super soft pillows that you can roll up in a ball with one hand, I like a pillow that gives support and these do just that. They are cooling as well they are pretty for a pillow with the unique design. If you are in the market for a pillow and reading this THEN BUY THIS PILLOW & come back to tell me thank you. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. No I didn't get paid to say any of this. I wanted to give a honest review where it deserves one! You will not be disappointed! Thanks for the fast over night shipping as well. Not to mention the pricing is on point. I can say right now you will not find 2 pillows of this quality & price.

Best pillow I’ve ever tried—hands down!

I’ve gone through a bunch of pillows over the years, but this BETU Cooling Pillow is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I sleep in literally every position—on my back, stomach, and sides—and this pillow works perfectly no matter how I’m laying.
It really does have a cooling effect, which I love as a hot sleeper. Just make sure your room is cool too, and it makes a big difference. It came vacuum-packed, but it fully expanded within just a few hours. I was able to sleep on it the same day it arrived, and it was super comfy right from the start.
I also washed and dried the pillowcase before using it, and it came out looking and feeling great—no shrinking or damage at all. Honestly, I look forward to going to bed every night now just because of this pillow. It’s supportive, comfortable, and totally worth it!
