Net als zijn grotere broer, de Gladiator 2.4, vliegt ook de 1.8 versie, met een zeer goede cirkelprecisie en in een kaarsrechte lijn door het horizontale vlak. Vanaf een windkracht van 5 Bft. dan is er veel ervaring voor nodig om de vlieger onder controle te houden. Hij is erg snel en krachtig, zodat concentratie en reactie vereist zijn. Met de Gladiator voel je de kracht van de natuur!

De Gladiator 1.8 is een aanrader voor beginners die kennis willen maken met het vliegeren bij sterkere wind en die meer power willen voelen. Daarnaast is deze vlieger ook geschikt voor gevorderde vliegeraars. De Gladiator is een uitdagend vlieger bijde juiste windcondities.

Doesn't Cover the Whole Book

Writing this review because I wished I'd seen more caution on this when I was purchasing. This study is meant to be paired with the Captivating book. However, it doesn't have you read the entire Captivating book. It has you jump around the book in this order: Chapter 2, 4, 6, 5, 8, and 12. You don't actually read chapters 1, 3, 7, 9, 10, or 11. I found that very confusing. This study itself has you read the chapters suggested for each session and then there are personal reflection questions each day until you get together with your group to discuss. However, the questions and reading that are to be done in quiet time during the week are copy and pasted, word for word, text from the chapter(s) you read the week before. Not only do you read the chapter one week, but then you discuss it at group, and then you read it again in this study book. It's very repetitive. It's unfortunate because this book has a lot of solid and wonderful things to offer but the study is laid out horribly and in a very confusing way, and you're not even reading the full Captivating book when you follow the guide! I'd recommend the Captivating Book but can't say that I'd recommend this study purely because of how it's laid out and repetitive.
