Ingrediënten
Tot poeder verwerkt sap van biologisch geteeld jong GERSTEGRAS (gluten) met als hulpstoffen biologische maltodextrine en biologische zilvervliesrijst.
Gebruik
Als aanvulling op uw voeding: een tot twee mal per dag 4 tabletten innemen met water of vruchtensap.
Voor reiniging van uw lichaam: Twintig minuten voor de maaltijd of 2 uur na de maaltijd innemen.
Maximale dosering: 5 x 8 tabletten per dag.

Not an accurate book for a true spiritual seeker.

Don't waste your money. Once I read the 3rd eye may appear as the eye of Sauron from Lord of the rings, and all you have to do is cross your eyes and Boom there it is, I stopped wasting my time. All I received was a headace and major strain. After studying Kriya Yoga and what I've learned through the practices regarding the 3rd eye I just couldn't continue. You can read this in an hour or so. It's speaks of affirmations, mantras that's all good. If your just starting this journey I wouldnt recommend this. Look for books written by paramahansa yogananda, just my opinion and what worked miracles for me. This book was a gift or Id return. Again just my opion, if it helps you wonderful, I wouldn't pay .50 cents for this book.
