De deken komt in drie verschillende diktes: de basisversie zonder vulling (#3452310), een iets dikkere versie met een 150 grams vulling (#345231), en een warme versie met een 300 grams vulling, om aan de eisen van winterse omstandigheden te voldoen.
Zowel de deken als het halsdeel zijn samengesteld uit een ademende en waterdichte buitenkant (5000mm-3000gsm) en een binnenlaag gemaakt van geweven Welltex® stof, het meest dichtbij de paardenvacht.
Het gladde oppervlak van de voering beschermt de vacht tegen schuren, en de stof zorgt voor een intense en krachtige reflectie van infraroodenergie.
Door het grote formaat van de deken kan Welltex® zijn therapeutische werking uitoefenen op een groot gebied van het paardenlichaam.
Obsidian omhult het paard als een zachte omhelzing die de doorbloeding van alle grote, belangrijke spiergroepen kan stimuleren - waardoor het een uitstekende keuze is voor en na elke activiteit, maar ook tijdens rust en herstel.
Het effect kan ook bijdragen tot een betere mobiliteit van de gewrichten en een makkelijke manier van bewegen.
De deken blijft op zijn plek door dubbele borstgespen, kruissingels en een plastic gecoat staartkoord met D-ringen.

Alba packaging stinks

Complete waste of money! I ended up tossing it out because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to use. You should be able to twist the top to lock/unlock and spray it. NOPE. The top just spins and doesn’t catch or you cannot twist it at all. It’s also virtually impossible to spray. I had to hold it against my torso and press with both thumbs to get it to spray. Meanwhile, it’s leaking, the bottle is getting slippery. And then the spray goes EVERYWHERE, it’s not a narrow spray but it’s as if you’re dusting crops. I tried to see if it needed a certain pressure point, two fingers, bloody hell it’s not a Magic Mouse you should be able to unlock and spray it with one hand.
Anyway, Alba needs to do some QC on their packaging. The last pump lotion I got, the pump also did not work. It just spun and spun and could not be unlocked. I had to wash and reuse the pump from an old bottle.

Best sunscreen brand! Fair, sensitive-skinned and rely on this

Alba Botanica is my favorite brand for sunscreen products and it checks all the boxes on my list: Excellent long lasting coverage, fine mist spray and easy coverage cream versions, great for my sensitive skin (no breakouts- I do NOT use it on my face though), the Hawaiian fragrance is pleasant, it’s reef safe (a big one for me as a snorkel/dive aficionado), and organic ingredients. The large size lasts 5 full days when on a boat all day in the Carribbean, and I only apply it twice (once in morning, and again midday.) I have fair skin, and I never burn. The spray version is, by nature of its aerosol capacity, a bit drying on the skin, but this is to be expected, and it creates a long lasting barrier. The cream version is a wonderful emollient, although not quite as long lasting. Best deal is only in the summer season at CostCo for a 2 pack... in my searches, Amazon has the best deal otherwise.

In most of all circumstances, this works

For Summer time and when playing and working in the sun, this is my go to sunscreen! I love how it is more natural than all the other ones out there. I have been sort of a spray on sunscreen connoisseur and this is the one that is my favorite. Also, if I have gotten a burn and put this on it, I believe it helps start the healing process on the burn I got. This is at least what I experienced multiple times last year.
The only circumstance that this sunscreen fails miserably is in the Caribbean. I recently went on a cruise to that region and applied this sunscreen and it became evident that this and the other brands of spray on sunscreen do not work in Caribbean sun. The only sunscreen that works is the lotion based stuff that you rub into your skin. I have also consulted with friends on spray on sunscreen in the Caribbean and they all fail as well.
So, this is why I say that it works in almost every circumstance.

spray nozzle needs work.

I purchased 3 of these cans. Only one of them worked and that one was ok. Sprayed well, smelled good and and protected my skin and even though it was hard to press it to work, we WERE able to use it, but the other three .............? They would not rotate to the unlock position, therefore they would not spray. My husband and I tried everything to get it to rotate. It seems both the top and bottom ring spin around effectively doing nothing. So to pay almost $40 for only one can to work is definitley not worth the money. Buy somewhere else.
