Troviamo inoltre sentori di sottofondo che ci possono ricordare la crema pasticcera. In bocca si presenta ben equilibrato, con un'ottima acidità e una buona persistenza. Finale lungo e seccoQuesto Vitatge Vielh della cantina Clos Lapeyre è un prodotto derivante dall'utilizzo di tre vitigni tradizionali di questa regione francese. Proviene da una parcella di 1,80 ha piantati nel 1940. Viene fatto fermentare e maturare in botti da 600 litri dove rimane a contatto coi lieviti per circa un anno. Prima di essere imbottigliato avviene un passaggio di circa 6 mesi in acciaio.
Ottimo se abbinato con un pollo alla cacciatora.
