Elegante vanille-nuances sluiten dit rijke en complexe boeket af. In de mond is de wijn aanhoudend, warm, vol en harmonieus. De smaak bevestigd de fruitige, bloemige en gekruide geuren. Geweldige structuur, aanhoudend met een lange bevredigende afdronk.De wijn wordt gemaakt van 70% Montepulciano en 30% Sangiovese afkomstig van wijngaarden gelegen in de districten Ripatransone, Offida en Castorano en worden biologisch geteeld. De druiven worden met de hand geplukt midden oktober en in kleine kratjes geplaatst. Na het ontstelen worden de druiven naar 200Hl roestvrijstalen gistingstanks getransporteerd. De maceratie op de schil duurt ongeveer 20 dagen. Na voltooiing van de gisting rijpt de wijn in nieuwe Franse eikenhouten barriques.
