Werkzame bestanddelen
Elke omhulde tablet bevat 450 mg extract (als droog extract) van Valeriana officinalis L s.l., radix (equivalent aan 1.350 mg - 2.700 mg valeriaanwortel). Extractiemiddel: ethanol 70% v/v.
Hulpstoffen
Tabletkern vloeibare glucose (gesproeidroogd), watervrij colloïdaal siliciumdioxide, cellulose in poedervorm, natriumcroscarmellose, stearinezuur en talk. Tabletcoating: sucrose, talk, calciumcarbonaat (E 170), acacia, tragacanth, titaandioxide (E 171), vloeibare glucose (gesproeidroogd), Capol 600 T.S. (bevat witte bijenwas, carnaubawas en schellak).
Dosering
De aanbevolen dosering bij volwassenen en kinderen ouder dan 12 jaar is: - Ter verlichting van lichte nervositeit: 1 tablet 3 maal per dag. - Bij inslaapmoeilijkheden: 1 tablet een halfuur tot een uur voor het slapengaan, indien nodig met nog 1 extra tablet vroeger in de avond. Maximale dagdosering: 4 tabletten.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
de tablet in zijn geheel doorslikken met wat water, niet kauwen. Bij inslaapmoeilijkheden: 1 tablet een halfuur tot een uur voor het slapengaan, indien nodig 1 extra tablet vroeger in de avond. Niet langer dan 14 dagen gebruiken, zonder overleg met arts.

Super cute landing space for keys

I always have trouble finding my keys and so it’s been very helpful to have a dedicated spot to easily throw them in when I get home. At first I thought it would be too big but it’s the perfect size for two wallets and keys, and it’s good quality albeit a bit expensive. The gold isn’t too shiny either, it’s a nice touch and it really reduces the look of clutter on your surfaces and helps it look more organized. It also doesn’t slip around.
