Blackmagic URSA Mini Recorder

This compact recording accessory expands the recording capabilities of high resolution digital film cameras by enabling direct capture to widely available solid state media. At the heart of this unit is support for 12 bit Blackmagic RAW recording at full sensor resolutions. High performance NVMe media enables continuous capture in 12K, 8K and 4K without compromise, making it possible to record the highest quality images with longer run times and fewer media changes. This is especially valuable on set, where uninterrupted shooting and rapid turnaround are critical to maintaining production momentum. Standard solid state drives can also be used, offering a cost effective option for lower data rate or shorter form projects. 

Connection to the camera body is handled via a high speed USB Type C interface with a locking mechanism, ensuring a stable bidirectional data link even in handheld or rigged configurations. Power is supplied through a 12 pin Molex connector with passthrough to the battery plate, allowing seamless integration into existing power setups without additional cabling complexity.
