Il palato è croccante e fresco, ma allo stesso tempo equilibrato e di ottimo bilanciamento. Lunga la persistenza.Raccolta esclusivamente manuale, poi diraspatura e successiva pigiatura, fermentazione in acciaio e da ultimo affinamento di un anno in bottiglia: i passaggi sono semplici ma il risultato è ottimo, dato dall’Orvieto Classico DOC “Frammento” della cantina Decugnano dei Barbi. Un bianco dell’Umbria sempre pronto e disponibile al momento del bisogno. Un Orvieto Classico su cui far affidamento senza esitazione.
Da abbinare ad antipasti e primi piatti, è perfetto insieme con gli spaghetti ai calamari.

Don’t bother, not worth the $
Much smaller in person than it appears. Looks more like a piece of coral than a tree. I got this to display some ornaments for sale at craft fairs, but it’s so small, it looks silly with the ornaments on it. Super flimsy, made of cheap plastic. Definitely not worth $14. Will be returning.
