De enkele in de lengte geplaatste brander is instelbaar, heeft thermokoppelbeveiliging en een piëzo-ontsteking. De Inferno heeft een geheel zwart epoxy gecoat frame met vier wielen, waarvan twee zwenkwielen, en een veilige gasfleshouder. Vet dat tijdens het koken uit het vlees wordt afgevoerd, wordt door een speciaal kanaal naar een vetopvangbak geleid. Dankzij de diepe gasfleshouder plaats je de gasfles veilig onder de barbecue.
