In Persiana Easy staat het gemak waarmee je kookt centraal -easy does it. Recepten die toegankelijk zijn, geen ingewikkelde technieken vereisen, en voor werkelijk iedereen maakbaar zijn. Het resultaat is Perzische (en Midden-Oosterse) gerechten bomvol smaak, zoals we van Sabrina Ghayour gewend zijn. Ongecompliceerd en met relatief weinig ingrediënten.

Persiana Easy biedt o.a. doordeweekse maaltijden zoals kuku (omelet) met halloumi, tomaat & spinazie of kabeljauw in muhammara: eenvoudig, smaakvol en snel klaar. Maak in het weekend het ultieme comfort food: polow van pittig rundvlees & tomaten of een spicy stoof van kip, ingelegde citroenen & wortels. Bij elk recept wordt verwezen naar de perfecte combinatie met een ander gerecht. Met kleurrijke salades, groente- en bijgerechten zoals tuinbonensalade met sinaasappel & geitenkaas of courgettes met koriander-peterselieyoghurt & gepekelde rode pepers. Serveer heerlijke snacks en voorafjes: maak een dip van zoete aardappel, feta & basilicum en trakteer je gezelschap op kipvleugels met za’atar-citroensaus. The shelves sag away from the wall overtime

Although the wood quality and finish of the shelf are clean and well-made, the main issue is that the shelves begin to sag over time while holding around 10 pounds, even though the product listing claims they can support up to 20 pounds. They may perform better on a brick wall, but on drywall you should be cautious. To fix the problem, I had to purchase floating shelf brackets for support, which solved the sagging issue. However, this defeats the purpose of the “floating” aesthetic. Since the shelf is in my bedroom, I can overlook it, but I personally wouldn’t install these in a common area if I wanted a clean floating look.
