Château Gassier ligt in het hart van de Arc Vallei ten oosten van Aix-en-Provence. De wijngaard ligt op 400 meter hoogte en is ideaal gesitueerd. Baron Georges Gassier, die samen met zijn vader de wijngaarden beheert, is de vijfde generatie van de familie. De wijngaarden van Château Gassier beslaan zo’n 40 hectaren waar meerdere terroirs voorkomen.

Gelegen aan de voet van het Sainte-Victoire gebergte en dit zorgt voor een uitstekend micro klimaat. De perfect hoeveelheid zon en aan continentaal klimaat zorgen voor de ultieme frisheid dat de wijnen van Château Gassier karakteriseren.
