Zero Waste patronen bieden een heel andere aanpak. Deze unieke "papierloze" methode creeert geen textielafval en gebruikt geen patroonpapier. Je gebruikt een vooraf bepaalde lengte van de stof en aan de hand van de instructies in het boek, verdeel je de stof in patroondelen.

Dit boek bevat 5 eenvoudige zero waste-patroonblokken: een T-shirt, rok, singlet, overhemd en broek. Deze kunnen vervolgens worden gebruikt om nog eens 15 projecten te maken door eenvoudige wijzigingen aan te brengen of door de blokken te mixen en matchen tot nieuwe ontwerpen. Als je de 5 blokken eenmaal onder de knie hebt, zijn de mogelijkheden eindeloos.
