Voor het lijmen en monteren van vele bouwmaterialen op vrijwel alle ondergronden, zoals hout, (natuur)steen, (gas)beton, metaal, hardschuim en diverse kunststoffen. Geschikt voor binnen- en buitentoepassingen, zoals panelen, plafondelementen, boeiboorden, gipsplaten, plaat- en isolatiematerialen, spiegels, regelwerk, plinten en schroten. Voor alle professionele toepassingen, zoals gevel- en interieurbouw, woning-, utiliteit- en carrosseriebouw.

NIET GESCHIKT VOOR:

Niet geschikt voor PE, PP, PTFE, puur gips, en bitumen. Bij het verlijmen van kunststof altijd eerst een hechtingsproef uitvoeren. De hechting op kunststof kan variëren afhankelijk van het type kunststof en de kwaliteit van het kunststof.

VOOR GEBRUIK:
Verwerkingsomstandigheden
De temperatuur van omgeving, de lijm en de te lijmen materialen mag niet lager zijn dan +5°C.

Oppervlakten eisen
Delen moeten schoon, stof- en vetvrij zijn. Zorg voor een stevige ondergrond. Ondergrond mag licht-vochtig zijn. Gebruik van primer niet nodig.

Gereedschap
Kitpistool en rubber hamer.

Voorbereiding product
Voor gebruik koker aan bovenzijde openen door de plastic nippel boven de schroefdraad met een scherp mes af te snijden. Hierna de spuitmond bevestigen en deze schuin afsnijden (opening min. Ø 5 mm).

Verbruik
Uit 1 koker komt ca. 7-9 meter lijm.

TIJDENS GEBRUIK:
Omgaan met verpakking
Uitsluitend verwerken met speciale bijgeleverde spuitmond.

Gebruiksaanwijzing
Lijm gelijkmatig, afhankelijk van de zwaarte van het materiaal, om de 10 tot 40 cm in verticale strepen of dotten aanbrengen. Altijd lijm aanbrengen op hoekpunten en langs randen. Onderlinge werking van materialen (gevelplaten) kan worden opgevangen door lijmdikte van 3 mm (gebruik afstandblokjes of tape). Materialen direct met een schuivende beweging monteren en stevig aandrukken of -kloppen. Corrigeren is nog mogelijk. Na gebruik koker direct goed sluiten.

Aandachtspunten
Onderstaande droogtijden zijn gebaseerd op de verlijming van minimaal één poreus materiaal en een lijmlaag met een dikte van ca. 1 mm. Bij de verlijming van twee niet-poreuze materialen en/of een dikkere lijmlaag, dient rekening te worden gehouden met aanzienlijk langere droogtijden.

NA GEBRUIK:
Vlekken/resten
Natte lijmresten direct verwijderen met terpentine. Opgedroogde lijmresten zijn alleen mechanisch te verwijderen.

Opslagcondities
Droog opslaan in gesloten verpakking tussen +5°C en +25°C.
