Geen rosé maar een lichtrode wijn. Met een schilwerking van slechts 72 uur van het eerste deel van de oogst en 48 uur van het tweede deel geeft dit een mooie, helderrode kleur die ietwat transparant is. De vergisting wordt volledig op RVS gedaan om het fruit het best tot uiting te laten komen.

Deze blend zorgt voor een rijkdom aan rood fruit en wilde aardbeien, bloemen en toch de structuur van de zuren die perfect in balans zijn. Door de vinificatie heeft de wijn ook een klein beetje het gevoel van een bubbeltje op de tong.
