In bocca l'acidità elevata, tratto genetico della Barbera, dà mordente al sorso; i tannini, resi più morbidi dai 18 mesi di legno, chiudono in modo pulito e definito.La Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore "Suculé" de Lo Zoccolaio nasce da vigneti di proprietà situati a Barolo e Monforte d’Alba. Dopo la vendemmia, rigorosamente manuale, solo le migliori uve vengono selezionate e poste a fermentare in vasche di acciaio; il vino matura, in seguito, in barrique per 18 mesi e affina in bottiglia per altri 6 prima di essere commercializzato. Prodotta nel rispetto per la tradizione ma con le metodologie e gli strumenti più moderni, questa è una Barbera che, per qualità e caratteristiche organolettiche, richiama le bottiglie del passato.
Stappalo con pasta al ragù di salsiccia, brasato al Barolo o costata alla brace. La Barbera d'Alba Superiore Suculé regge bene anche con formaggi a pasta semidura come il Castelmagno.

Works great on many different size cans
Works great on various size cans. It is a little larger that other openers, but seems very sturdy. It is a little loud and slow, but not a large concern. Very happy with it.

Stopped working after 3 months
It stopped working after 3 months.
The motor still runs the gear still turns. But it does not engage the can to cut.
I bought it for a post operative situation and I am glad that it worked when for the length of time it did but it's disappointing that I now have to throw this item away.

Meh.
Worked great the first couple of times it was used. But then it stopped cutting into the cans and does not open them. It causes the metal to fray off in small pieces which resulted in getting a piece of metal stuck in my finger for weeks so I don't recommend. It's also very loud.
