Chateau Lafite Rothschild is een wijnhuis wat zijn wortels tot diep in de 17e eeuw heeft. De oudste wijngaarden zijn namelijk in deze tijd aangeplant. Het domein is dankzij erfenis telkens weer in handen van andere eigenaren geweest. Vanaf 1868 is het continu eigendom geweest van de machtige familie Rothschild, toen James de Rothschild het domein kocht. De belangrijke familie Rothschild is een grote naam binnen de wijnen. Dankzij hun vakmanschap kan iedereen genieten van de toegankelijke kwaliteit van de wijnen. Wijn was namelijk vroeger enkel betaalbaar voor de adel. Dankzij de inspanningen van de familie Rothschild werden er ‘moderne’ technieken ontwikkeld waardoor wijn voor een groter publiek beschikbaar werd. Het domein ligt in de prachtige Pauillac, op de grens met Saint-Estephe. Hier vind je de mooiste wijngaarden, die vaak al eeuwen oud zijn . Het leeuwendeel is gereserveerd voor de Cabernet Sauvignon - typische voor de Pauillac. Ook in deze Chateau Lafite Rothschild is dat het geval. De wijn wordt aangevuld met Merlot, Cabernet Franc en Petit Verdot. Op deze manier zijn alle klassieke druivenrassen vertegenwoordigt in deze wijn. Bijzonderheid is dat de druiven handmatig geoogst worden en dat door middel van infrarood-camera’s wordt bepaald welke perceel op welke moment geoogst kan worden.Indrukken van Chateau Lafite Rothschild
Ga hier maar eens voor zitten: niet voor niets wordt dit beschouwd als de top van de wereld. Het pure vakmanschap, de zachte verfijning en de pure elegantie. Alles lijkt de kloppen aan dit meesterwijk. Het is een fijne neus van verse bramen; een geur die doorvloeit in de smaak. Op de tong een partij van cederhout en eikenhout; uiteraard met een intense smaak van cassis mede mogelijk gemaakt door het cassisfruit. Fun Interactive Toy That Works as Advertised

I picked this up for my dog and have been pretty happy with it overall. The ball does exactly what it's supposed to do, rolling and bouncing around to keep my dog interested and active.
One thing I noticed right away is that it's a little larger than a standard tennis ball, which may be a consideration depending on the size of your dog. For my dog, the size wasn't an issue and actually made it easier to spot during play. The slightly larger size helped keep it from going under our sofa.
Recharging is simple. The ball opens easily to access the internal charging components, and I appreciate that the manufacturer included a keyed assembly system. The pieces only fit together the correct way, so there's no guessing when putting it back together after charging.
The build quality seems solid, and it has held up well so far. My dog enjoys chasing it around, although like most toys, it doesn't hold his attention forever. Still, it's a nice way to provide some extra stimulation and exercise. Overall, it's a well-designed interactive toy that functions as intended.

Awesome interactive dog toy.

This interactive dog toy is larger than the similar, smaller, older dog toys I used to buy. This ball has about a 1/2 inch layer of what feels like tough rubberized foam. The outer shell is stiff, but soft enough for the dogs to sink their teeth into and carry around. I have a small Boston and a medium mixed breed that both enjoyed playing with the toy. It was quick to charge and the battery seems to last a while. It will automatically turn off after some inactivity to save the battery, but will come back to life if it is nudged. Although, after a 30 minute period of inactivity, it will stay off an you have to unscrew the halves to manually turn it back on again. I wish it would just stay in the sleep phase so the dogs can revisit it the next day and trigger it back on again, instead of it turning off completely. Either way, the toy feels solid and is quality material. It has lasted longer than the multiple other smaller interactive balls I have purchased for my dogs in the past. It is good value for the money and I will purchase more so the dogs don't fight over this one. The included instructions are easy to follow, and it comes with a charging cable as well. I recommend.

Poor design and durability

Product does not stay connected. Very easily comes apart when dog plays with it because he uses his mouth and paws and manages to twist the two halves apart. I want to return it but I do not see that this is an option.
