1 à 2 druppels verdund in een koffielepel honing of plantaardige olie 2 à 3 maal per dag. Ander gebruik en gebruik gedurende zwangerschap zogen of bij kinderen onder de 8 jaar: enkel volgens advies van een professioneel.

Koel bewaren (onder de 20°C) goed afgesloten en in het donker. Deze olie kan bij een temperatuur lager dan 10°C stolsels gaan vertonen.
