Questo l'unico Chardonnay di Inama prodotto da uve coltivate sia su terreno vulcanico che su terreno calcareo. In cantina, poi, i grappoli vengono diraspati e lavorati secondo una tecnica "non riducente", ovvero senza alcuna aggiunta di solforosa; la fermentazione avviene a temperatura

Paglierino, con riflessi dorati. Al naso è piacevolmente aromatico; spiccano, in particolare, note di mela golden, pera e banana. Al palato è fresco, vivace e armonico.

Questo è l'unico Chardonnay di Inama prodotto da uve coltivate sia su terreno vulcanico che su terreno calcareo. In cantina, poi, i grappoli vengono diraspati e lavorati secondo una tecnica "non riducente", ovvero senza alcuna aggiunta di solforosa; la fermentazione avviene a temperatura controllata e il vino è sottoposto ad affinamento prima della commercializzazione. Piacevolmente profumato e di chiara finezza, riporta in etichetta uno studio ottico tratto dall’Encyclopédie Diderot, pubblicata nel XVIII secolo e primo esempio di moderna enciclopedia di larga diffusione

Ottimo in abbinamento agli antipasti di pesce, è da provare con l'hummus.

Hi this is the third brand of bat oil that I’ve purchased and the only reason I purchased this one is cause it also has a shampoo that comes with it. The only ingredient is batten oil, but this one has batten oil an American palm, kernal oil and then ELAEIS OLEIFER an kernal oil. And is from Honduras so to me the three important things are it rubs into the your skin and your skin absorbs it easily and it feels good. It’s not sticky. The aroma has the coffee aroma and it’s from Honduras. It doesn’t bother me about the other two oils.
