Kinderen tot 10 jaar: 4 druppels per dag bij een van de hoofdmaaltijden (1000 IU = 500% ADH)
Jongeren ouder dan 10 jaar en volwassenen: 8 druppels per dag bij een van de hoofdmaaltijden (2000IU = 1000% RI)

I have 10. These are great, stylish shirts especially for the price. I usually wear between size L-XL slim fit (Banana Republic). I’m 6’ 200 lbs medium athletic build and L fits perfectly. With a quick press, they do not wrinkle easily. I get plenty of compliments.
