Wat is elementair calcium?
Elementair calcium verwijst naar de zuivere, ongebonden vorm van het mineraal calcium. Dit is het calcium dat direct beschikbaar is voor opname in het lichaam en dat wordt gebruikt in voedingssupplementen en medicijnen. In het geval van deze capsules is het elementaire gehalte calcium bij inname van 2 capsule, 174 mg. Dit staat gelijk aan 22 % van de aanbevolen dagelijkse hoeveelheid aan calcium.
Waar zit calcium in?
Calcium zit in verschillende voedingsmiddelen. Zo bevatten melk, yoghurt, kaas, kwark, broccoli, spinazie en paksoi calcium. Genuine power steering fluid, useful for a multitude of Honda power steering systems. Recommended !! Used on my 2009 civic LX, bottles can leak slightly at the lid so be careful after opening.
