Deze DDPai M5S is een unieke dashcam en Carplay monitor in één. Verbind je smartphone met de DDPai M5S om Apple en Android Car te activeren. Navigeren en het afspelen van je media wordt hierdoor een fluitje van een cent. Het grote en heldere 8.9 inch LCD scherm met touchscreen eenvoudig te bedienen. Aan de achterkant heeft de DDPai M5S een 2K dashcam zodat al je ritten ook nog eens worden vastgelegd.

2K dashcam

Aan de ene kant is deze DDPai M5S een hoogwaardige dashcam met 2K resolutie. Hij bezit vrijwel alle functies van een standaard dashcam zoals Loop recording en een G-sensor (trillingssensor). Door de combinatie van deze twee gaat de M5S altijd door met filmen, zelfs als de SD kaart vol is. Belangrijke video's worden a.d.h.v. de trillingssensor beveiligd opgeslagen zodat ze niet meer automatisch kunnen worden verwijderd.

Apple en Android Carplay

Misschien wel het mooiste van deze DDPai M5S is het ingebouwde Carplay systeem. Verbind je smartphone via Wifi met de M5S om het Carplay systeem te activeren. De DDPai M5S verbind je op zijn beurt via Bluetooth met de radio van je auto. Hierna ben je in staat om te navigeren via Google of Apple Maps en om muziek af te spelen via Spotify. Ook kun je andere Apps gebruiken zoals WhatsApp of Youtube, al raden wij af om deze tijdens het rijden te gebruiken.

8,9 inch touchscreen LCD

De DDPai M5S is eenvoudig te bedienen via het grote en heldere 8,9 inch touchscreen LCD scherm. Het scherm heeft een resolutie van 1980*720 pixels en 230 PPI (pixel dichtheid). De helderheid is aanpasbaar en je kunt het scherm desgewenst ook uitzetten tijdens het rijden. De dashcam zal gewoon doorgaan met filmen.

Stevige draaibare houder

De DDPai M5S plaats je op het dashboard met de stevige en 360 graden draaibare houder. De houder is uitgerust met een dubbelzijdige plakker en heeft een kogelgewricht waardoor je hem in elke gewenste richting kunt roteren.

Autolader

De DDPai M5S sluit je met de meegeleverde sigarettenplug aan op de sigarettenuitgang in je auto. Hij gaat hierbij aan en uit met het contact van de auto, mits de sigarettenuitgang in je auto dit ook doet.

Hardwire aansluiting

Als alternatief op de autolader is het ook mogelijk om de M5S met de optionele Continue voeding (zie accessoires) aan te sluiten bij de zekeringskast van de auto. Met deze aansluiting is het mogelijk de parkeermodus van de DDPai M5S te gebruiken zodat hij een oogje in het zeil houdt wanneer je auto geparkeerd staat.

256gb Micro SD ondersteuning

In de DDPai M5S passen SD kaarten tot maximaal 256gb, wat goed is voor ongeveer 24 uur aan video's. Dit betekent dat altijd de laatste 24 uur aan ritten op de SD kaart blijven opgeslagen. Door de Loop recording worden automatisch de oudste bestanden verwijderd en overschreven voor nieuwe video's.

Ancient Greece: the progenitor for modern day civilization

This enthralling text explores Ancient Greece from its Bronze age origins to its capitulation under the Roman Empire. Furthermore, it emphasizes the long-reaching impact this heterogeneous collection of city-states had on political, scientific, mathematical, philosophical, architectural, and military development. All of this was accomplished in spite of constantly shifting intra-regional conflict between Athens, Thrace and Sparta. Outside enemies like the Persian empire only complicated relations further. This sibling rivalry-of-sorts evolved when Alexander the Great's Macedonian empire conquered the Greek world and supplanted itself in the greco-persian conflict. While Macedonia's did embroil the internecine conflicts in the area they hellenized the regions they conquered, including: Persia,Egypt, and parts of India. However, when Alexander the Great died it left a power vacuum exploited by his men, the Romans, and the Ancient Greeks. This ultimately resulted in the Roman Empire. Ancient Greece set the stage for roman empire and while they were an autonomous union of city-states for much of their existence two things united them: their language and religion. These two cultural touchstones united these city-states as brothers, albeit with a love-hate relationship at times. This text explores the archaic,classic, and hellenic periods of Greek history in a fascinating and concise manner. It is a must-read.

Enlightening
Format: Paperback
I discovered a number of interesting things reading this book. I learned for example, that Sparta was indeed a warrior city, with men training to be soldiers from an early age and living in barracks, even when they were married. This and the death rate from fighting led to a low birth rate and their eventual demise. I also discovered that athletes in the original Olympics did indeed compete naked and that making a false start to a race was not a good idea, as people who did that were executed! I also learned that there were Greeks who believed the Earth was round and that it circled the sun, hundreds of years before Copernicus. I also discovered that the various Greek factions, (e.g. Athens, Sparta, Macedonia etc.) seemed to be constantly fighting one another). I knew that Alexander the Great built a massive empire but did not realize the extent of that empire until I read this tome. I also discovered that Aristotle was a student of Plato, who in turn was a student of Socrates Overall, it was a very enlightening read where I gathered all sorts of interesting facts
