Technische specificaties Met de Wahoo KICKR fietstrainer ervaar je een zeer realistische fietsgevoel alsof je buiten aan het fietsen bent. Dit komt mede door het extra zware vliegwiel dat jou als sporter een nog betere fietservaring biedt. De KICKR Power heeft een vermogen van 2200 Watt en kan een helling tot wel 20% nabootsen. De vermogensmeter meet met een nauwkeurigheid van maar liefst 1%. De vernieuwde AXIS Action Feet voetsteunen zorgen voor een zijdelingse beweing waardoor binnen fietsen nóg meer als buiten voelt. Deze pootjes zijn makkelijk te bevestigen en bepalen hoe stijf de KICKR aanvoelt. De fietstrainer kan hierdoor meeveren in hoeken tot 5%. De KICKR Power van Wahoo is geschikt voor bijna elk type fiets. Zowel wielrenfietsen als mountainbikes met een wielmaat van 24 t/m 29 inch kunnen gebruikt worden. De fietstrainer wordt geleverd inclusief een Wahoo RPM Cadanssensor en een 11-26 cassette. Aan deze nieuwste KICKR Smart Trainer is tevens een automatische kalibratie toegevoegd. Hierdoor hoef je niet meer na te denken of je KICKR wel goed gekalibreerd is voor een race. Wanneer je tijdens je training of race het vliegwiel laat uitlopen, herkent de KICKR dit en wordt het kalibratieproces gestart. Hierdoor blijft de krachtmeting van de KICKR smart trainer altijd zo nauwkeurig mogelijk. Interactief trainen De Wahoo KICKR Fietstrainer is via ANT+, FE-C en Bluetooth te verbinden met traininingssoftware. Koppel de fietstrainer met je smartphone, tablet, pc of sporthorloge en train met bekende applicaties zoals Zwift, TrainerRoad, Kinomap of Stava. Dankzij de software past de fietstrainer de weerstand automatisch aan wanneer je bijvoorbeeld (virtueel) bergop fietst. Hierdoor maak jij je training nóg uitdagender en afwisselender (voor verbinding met Mac en Windows is een ANT+ USB adapter nodig). Clean ingredients, easy to swallow and really works!

I usually don’t write reviews but this product really worked for me. Hopefully my review can help someone who is looking for a supplement that really works!
I’ve been Vitamin D deficient for many years now. Finally decided to do something about it and find good clean Vitamin D3 supplement. So in 2019, I tried Mary Ruth Organic Vitamin D3 Liquid Spray first. She has a lot of great supplements and reviews. I used up 3 bottles and got my lab work done and was still Vitamin D deficient.
In 2020, New Year new start. Did a lot of research looking for a clean and effective Vitamin D3 with K2 supplement. There’s a ton on Amazon and can be quite overwhelming. After many hours of researching and reading through reviews, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 supplement. You just need to take 2 a day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. Finished my first bottle and didn’t get any bad reactions so I purchased the 3 bottle set because it was a lot cheaper. I was not diligently taking it everyday. I would miss some days. But to my surprise when I went to get my lab work done in June, doctor said I was not deficient in Vitamin D anymore.
Since I had great results with this, I decided to try Smarter Nutrition’s multivitamins for woman. I’m on my first box. So far so good. It has Vitamin D3 in it as well. Since I am not deficient in Vitamin D anymore, the multivitamins will provide the sufficient amount of vitamins I need daily.

Best text about an essential therapeutic method
Group therapy is, in my opinion, a criminally neglected and underrated tool in the toolset of psychotherapy and medicine. Group reveals our attachment style and communication patterns with a clarity, efficiency, and force that no other form of psychological intervention can match -- every person on the planet should spend some time in a group dealing with his or her mental and/or emotional issues. The world would be a better place.
Irv Yalom probably knows more about group than any other person, and this guidebook is essential to anybody wanting to understand the form. Yalom explains group thoroughly, in an understandable but frequently profound manner. The main drawback is that the book may even be overly comprehensive, and its length is likely to intimidate non-professionals, which is a shame because the benefits of group need wider dissemination.

Yalom's Group Therapy "Bible" continues to be the gold standard in group work.
I have used Yalom's Group Therapy book since my doctoral training in the early 90's. His work is timeless and it is clear he is an individual who understands the heart and the soul of our work. I created and facilitate a 18 - 20 week Relationship Academy which is part didactic and part experiential. It is amazing to see the group dynamics play out as expected based on Yalom's work. I will often read from this text in the morning, so that my mind is prepared for the day. It often changes my perspective and opens my eyes to considering different interpretations of behavior and it encourages me to silence myself and allow the "process" to work. How very rewarding this is! I don't see how serious group work can be done without Yalom's influence. Thank you so much for the updated text.
