Calcium, ook bekend als kalk, is een mineraal dat voorkomt in voedingsmiddelen zoals melk, kaas, noten, groenten en peulvruchten. Calciumcitraat en malaat zijn beide organische vormen van calcium. Calcium in de organische vorm wordt efficiënter opgenomen dan anorganische calciumvormen zoals calciumoxide of -sulfaat.
Wat is elementair calcium?
Elementair calcium verwijst naar de zuivere, ongebonden vorm van het mineraal calcium. Dit is het calcium dat direct beschikbaar is voor opname in het lichaam en dat wordt gebruikt in voedingssupplementen en medicijnen. In het geval van deze capsules is het elementaire gehalte calcium bij inname van 2 capsule, 174 mg. Dit staat gelijk aan 22 % van de aanbevolen dagelijkse hoeveelheid aan calcium.
Waar zit calcium in?
Calcium zit in verschillende voedingsmiddelen. Zo bevatten melk, yoghurt, kaas, kwark, broccoli, spinazie en paksoi calcium. Ook in verschillende vissoorten, zoals sardines, zalm en ingeblikte tonijn zit calcium. Tot slot is calcium terug te vinden in kikkererwten, bonen, amandelen en sesamzaad. De hoeveelheid calcium verschilt uiteraard per voedingsstof.
Calcium ondersteunt het behoud van sterke botten, het behoud van een sterk gebit, draagt bij tot een normale bloedstolling en een normale celdeling.
Calcium ondersteunt daarnaast het energieniveau, is goed voor de werking van de spieren en is van belang voor het zenuwstelsel.

Cozy Omegaverse

This is the true definition of Cozy Omegaverse. LA wedding coordinator meets her pack at the location for a couple’s destination wedding. Low angst because they are scent matched high heat with heats and knots. Everything you love about this genre with very little anxiety. Simply a fun experience to read and a book I will comeback to when I’m in a slump. I simply love reading this book

Cute Omegaverse story

3.75 stars and 2 for spice. Adorable Omegaverse story about a wedding planner who has to go to a small town to plan a wedding for a movie star. While there, she meets her pack. This covers her struggles of not living there but trying to keep her relationship going with her 3 Alphas.
It's a quick read and cute, so I recommend it for people who like light-hearted RH stories.

This was a solid read for the ABO universe. The characters are great. The smut scenes were well written. And the town is so cute I want to go there. It didn’t have much character development it just felt like I was getting to the characters as they were getting to know each other.

It’s so unexpectedly sweet that it sneaks up on you. Each character is so unique and charming. I love the openness and honesty among their pack. It really blows me away how wonderful this omegaverse trope plays out.
