Please note these photos are after about 3 months of use (and you may notice our dog is laying in a sea of other decimated toys that lasted only days, if not hours). Again, not a big reviewer, and I know no two dogs are the same, but if our experience is any indication, we felt we needed to make this recommendation to other bully breed owners out there who, like us, are skeptical of anything out there claiming to be indestructible. While our dog gets so much joy and takes great pride in the art of destruction, the endless revolving door of buying her new toys translates to lots of money spent. It is nice to finally find a new option to add to our very limited list of brands we will buy for her. Good news is, she still really enjoys playing with this toy and she is enjoying the challenge. I can confidently say this has been a GREAT buy for our spoiled little pitbull and we will be scooping up more for her grandparents house, our summer camp, and some backups just in case these ever become unavailable. I do like this toy for what it is meant to do. It is definitely built for strong chewers and holds up way better than softer toys that get destroyed in minutes. The texture keeps dogs interested and gives them something to really work on, which helps with boredom and can support dental cleaning through chewing. It is one of those “finally something that lasts a bit” kind of toys for heavy chewers. That said, it is not something you just toss in and forget about forever. Like most hard nylon toys, it will wear down over time and should be checked regularly for rough edges or changes in shape. Some dogs will also go through it faster depending on how intense their chewing style is, so replacement will eventually be needed. Girl, this is one of those “it survives the chaos better than most, but you still need to keep an eye on it” situations.
