Domaine Marc Jambon et Fils

De makers zijn ervan overtuigd dat de natuur vaak effectiever is dan systematisch interveniëren. Alle
fermentaties zijn natuurlijk, aangedreven door micro-organismen die aanwezig zijn op de druiven en in de kelder. Om deze natuurlijke micro-organismen te respecteren, zorgen zij er daarom voor dat ze zeer gematigde doses sulfieten gebruiken: 50% vermindering van zwaveldoses. Om dit te bereiken, vertrouwen we op bio-beschermingstechnieken aan het begin van het wijnbereidingsproces.

Sinds 2014 hebben ze besloten om het gebruik van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen terug te brengen tot het strikt noodzakelijke. Zij hebben het gebruik van antikiem- en antirotproducten opgegeven en gebruiken geen insecticiden meer. Om de wijnstok te beschermen tegen de belangrijkste ziekten van echte meeldauw, gebruiken ze niet langer producten die zijn geclassificeerd als CMR (Carcinogeen - Mutageen – Reprotoxisch). In spite of the thickness, they were soft and very comfortable. The 3XL is a perfect fit on my 5’2” apple shaped, short waisted 215 lb body. The boxer cut helped prevent chafing, a major plus. Menstrual pads, with or without wings, do not adhere to this material, a major minus. Ultimately, feeling like I was wearing jeans to bed or wearing two pairs of pants outside the home, was just too uncomfortable for me. So disappointed because these boxers were such a great and comfortable fit.

Great for the entire family but expensive
So far so good. The brand of boxers we had been buying changed their style and construction so we needed to find an alternative. These have held up well so far to multiple weeks of frequent washing and wearing from the entire family. We did size up from the usual 6/M we normally buy and ordered large to prevent the legs from rolling up which worked out great. Our daughter likes the length and how soft the fabric is for wearing under skirts and gym shorts and liners stay put without moving or leaking as another reviewer mentioned. Our son says they are comfortable and fit well being just supportive enough without being constrictive. We all agree that there seems to be not enough fabric in the back as they tend to be much tighter across the backside than the front and that also causes the waist band to ride lower in the back than the front. These have better seam placement than some brands we tried with no seam across the lady bits and no seam down the middle of the back side so they are more much comfortable but the cost is also much higher and that is why we're only giving it 4 stars. These will stay in the rotation until we find something cheaper that both us and the kids like.
