Hoge hoeveelheid
SilSolutions van Vitakruid is een hoogwaardig silicium product met maar liefst 70 mg elementair silicium per maatbeker (20 ml). Wereldwijd(!) zijn er geen producten verkrijgbaar met een dermate hoog organisch, elementair silicium gehalte per dagdosering. Vitakruid mag zich dus met recht koploper binnen deze niche noemen!
Goede aanvulling
Onze siliciuminname is vaak te laag. De gemiddelde dagelijkse inname van dit mineraal ligt onder de Westerse bevolking tussen de 20 en 50 milligram. Bijkomend probleem, het in voeding aanwezige silicium wordt gemiddeld slechts voor 40,9% opgenomen.
Bepaalde voedingsmiddelen bevatten wel hoge gehaltes van dit wondermineraal, zoals bananen. Dilemma echter met veel van deze voedselbronnen is de vorm van het aanwezige silicium, deze wordt niet opgenomen door ons lichaam. Een goed opneembaar siliciumsupplement is dus een welkome aanvulling op uw voedingspatroon!
Buitengewoon biologisch beschikbaar
SilSolutions bestaat uitsluitend uit organisch silicium. Het gebruik van deze vorm van silicium kunnen we wetenschappelijk onderbouwen. In het onderzoek van Sripanyakorn et al. uit 2009 is de absorptie van silicium uit diverse bronnen van voeding en supplementen met elkaar vergeleken. Deze studie toont aan dat de opname van organisch silicium significant hoger is dan de opname van andere siliciumvormen.
Bovendien wordt de organische vorm het snelst opgenomen in de bloedbaan, een piek in het bloedserum was al zichtbaar na 30 minuten. In de grafiek hieronder is te zien dat organisch silicium beter werd opgenomen in het bloed in vergelijking met bijvoorbeeld choline-gestabiliseerd orthosiliciumzuur.
Vloeibare vorm
Hydrolyse is de benaming van het proces waarbij een chemische verbinding wordt gesplitst onder de opname van water. Silicium is een element dat op deze manier wordt onttrokken aan een vaste bron. Er ontstaan dan twee moleculen, silicium in de kleine moleculaire vorm gebonden aan het grote molecuul H2O, ofwel water in de volksmond.
Supplementen in de vaste vorm, dus in tablet, poeder of capsulevorm, kunnen dus nooit het goed opneembare silicium in de kleine moleculaire vorm bevatten. Het aanverwante molecuul H2O is dan gewoonweg uit de verbinding verwijderd. En daarom is SilSolutions van Vitakruid alleen verkrijgbaar in de biologisch beschikbare, vloeibare vorm!
Toedieningsgemak
We leveren SilSolutions standaard met een handig maatbekertje. Dit plastic glaasje is voorzien van een doseringsstreepje bij elke vijf milliliter, met een maximum van 30 milliliter. Uw dosering SilSolutions is dus altijd op de milliliter nauwkeurig!

Ingrediënten
Gezuiverd water, Vitamine C (ascorbinezuur), Silicium (elementair), citroenzuur (zuurteregelaar), natuurlijk aardbei aroma (smaakstof), steviolglycosiden uit stevia (natuurlijke zoetstof), brandnetelextract (urtica dioica herba). Hulpstoffen: kaliumsorbaat, natriumbenzoaat. SilSolutions bevat ca 3,5 g elementair silicium per liter.
Gebruik
Per dag 20 ml ’s morgens op nuchtere maag innemen. Voor optimale werkzaamheid na inname 20 minuten wachten tot het nuttigen van eet- en/of drinkwaren. Schudden voor gebruik.
De oplossing niet in contact brengen met metaal of glas aangezien de werkzaamheid van het silicium dan enigszins verloren kan gaan. Na opening blijft het product 3 maanden gegarandeerd zijn werking behouden. Hierna kan de werking afnemen.

😍😍 BEST DEBUT NOVEL EVER

I’m having trouble finding accurate words to describe the way this book made me feel, but I am going to do my best.
To start off with basic elements, the character and world building are phenomenal. I feel a strong bond to not only the two main characters, Ara and Rogue, but to each and every character introduced throughout the book. The author did a stellar job of giving each of them unique personhood. All of the scenes are beautifully described. So much so that throughout the entirety of the book, I could see every scene: the towns, the castles, the meadows, the landscape. I have had difficulty with this and with distinguishing between outlying characters while reading in the past, but I did not have to think to remember details of world or character building because they flowed naturally within the story and were described well. I have read book series before that made me want to be a part of that world, but I actually felt like I got to step into Auryna and Ravaryn!
The plot twists!! Although this is not a suspense novel, it still had me on a rollercoaster of emotions and on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. I haven’t cried actual tears over a book since I was in high school (and I’ve read a LOT). This book finally broke the floodgates in the final few chapters. Multiple times. And we love a good cliffhanger. It truly made me FEEL.
THE SPICE is a solid 3.5/5. Some of the scenes had me flushed, some had me taking notes, some just had my jaw slack and my mouth hanging open. Bravo, JD Linton, bravo.
The relationships: friendships, family, romantic, ALL of the relationships in this book have so much meaning. The author does a great job at making you feel the love, the anger, the peace, the frustrations, the safety, the familiarity, etc. between the characters.
Ara and Rogue. I can not say enough and I also do not want to say too much. Just know that I feel like I know them both, to their core. I know what their childhood looks likes, their darkest moments, their biggest fears, their dreams and passions, what they want in life… The POV switches were seamless. I am so happy this author decided to let us see from both sets of eyes.
I can not wait for book two after that cliffhanger. And there is SO much potential for at least one prequel, I can’t wait to see where this author goes! I hope this series continues and flourishes. Fingers crossed!

Amazing!

This book was phenomenal, I devoured it within a few days! For this being a debut novel, it is fantastic and I would’ve thought the author was a seasoned author. I have zero complaints about this book.
Let me start by saying that the world building was phenomenal. I could picture everything in my head because of how detailed it was — that’s how good it was written. And I absolutely love the “captive/captor” trope so much, it’s become one of my favorite tropes, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that this book had that.
I loved the banter between Rogue and Ara — they’re both snarky and witty, plus with the romantic tension, it made the dialogue that much better. Speaking of romantic tension, yes there is spice but not so much of it that it overrides the plot, which I loved. For me, this would probably be on the 3/5 level of spice.
This book had a ton of plot twists and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

High on Tropes and Satisfaction
Format: Kindle
This is a great Romantasy book full of action, adventure, and everything you look for in this genre.
I won’t lie: it does kinda feel like the author found every common trope from every successful book of this kind and threw them all into this novel. But if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Especially in romance, there’s a large audience who has specific expectations, and they want them every time. Nothing wrong with that and many times I’m one of them.
I have no idea what defines a spoiler honestly, so
spoiler alert!!!!!!!
Tropes include:
Only one bed at the inn/bar
Dissatisfaction with life before hunk appears
Lost royalty
The chosen one
Montage of dress up time followed by shocked hunk
Forbidden romance between two from rival peoples
Power that cannot be controlled, simply guided/asked
Gathering intel at the inn/bar
FMC who knows how to fight/use weapons well
There’s probably more but no need to list them all.
Good story and I would recommend!

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!

After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series.
