Blend & Vineyard
A distinguished blend of 60 % Pinot Noir and 40 % Chardonnay, sourced from vines averaging 50 years old. The old vines, rooted in mineral-rich clay-limestone soils, provide exceptional depth and complexity.
Aging & Winemaking
Aged for more than six years on the lees, this Champagne is crafted with meticulous care, combining traditional pressing, slow fermentation, and patient cellar maturation to create a wine of precision and elegance.
Tasting Notes
