Il Chenin Blanc Reserve Old Vine Chenin Blanc di Ken Forrester nasce in Sud Africa, nella zona di Stellenbosch e pi precisamente nei vigneti di Western Cape
Dorato alla vista. L’impatto al naso è fruttato e delicatamente speziato, con note di melone, mela cotta, cannella e caramello. Seguono gradevoli sbuffi minerali che conducono ad un sorso equilibrato, morbido e persistente, corrispondente nei sentori olfattivi e impreziosito da sottili note boisé.Il Chenin Blanc Reserve “Old Vine Chenin Blanc” di Ken Forrester nasce in Sud Africa, nella zona di Stellenbosch e più precisamente nei vigneti di Western Cape situati a sud-est. Le uve di chenin blanc sono raccolte a mano e vinificate sia in acciaio che in botti di rovere francese (di cui il 20% nuove). Dopo la fermentazione il vino invecchia sulle fecce per affinare complessità e struttura, rivelando un sorso molto originale e appagante.
Da provare con piatti speziati e con la cucina asiatica, questo Chenin Blanc rifinito in botti di rovere è perfetto anche pollame, crostacei e secondi di pesce in salsa.

A nice kitchen sponge holder
I like this kitchen sponge holder , it easily holds two brushes and a dish soap or a hand soap bottle . Quality is sturdy and drains out the water . It’s a small compact holder so saves space . I have used it for some months now and don’t see any rust forming. Works well , worth buying.
