Liquid Omega 3 is a high-quality liquid fish oil supplement with the omega 3 fish fatty acids EPA and DHA in a natural ratio. One tablespoon (9 ml) contains no less than 8900 mg of fish oil, of which 1602 mg EPA and 1068 mg DHA in the unprocessed triglyceride form.

  • EPA and DHA are good for the normal functioning of the heart, with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
  • DHA is good for maintaining healthy brain function and good vision, with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

This pillow — after dialing in the right amount of shredded foam — has greatly helped my sore neck. Initially, I had to remove some foam.
