Voor haar laatste boek ‘Eén Pan’ kroop Naessens niet alleen in haar pen maar ook in haar keramiekatelier. Ze draaide eigenhandig de serviescollectie Verde Lanza die nu exclusief door Serax wordt geproduceerd. De naam refereert aan het eiland Lanzarote, een plaats waar Naessens vaak verblijft. Daar liet zij zich inspireren door het groen van de houten ramen, deuren en schaarse planten die afsteken tegen de zwarte maanlandschappen. Het zonverweerde groen — een kleur die bijzonder goed samengaat met al het lekkers van de wereld — wordt versterkt door de schelpvormige textuur van de borden die Naessens met haar vingers heeft aangebracht. Bij deze collectie is er gekozen voor een reactieve glazuur. Deze reactieve glazuur zorgt voor een uniek karakter en kan voor kleurschakeringen zorgen tussen verschillende stuks.
