De witte balsamico-wijnazijn wordt gefermenteerd uit een vol fruitige Grüner Veltliner en zonder voorafgaande vatrijping in flessen gebotteld. Deze balsamico-azijn is daarom licht van kleur en geeft delicate en lichte gerechten een fijne smaak, zonder het uiterlijk ervan aan te tasten. De zuivere geur en smaak van de witte balsamico verrijkt gerechten met zijn elegante zuurgraad en een vleugje fruitige zoetheid. Hij is ideaal voor het op smaak brengen van lichte sauzen voor gevogelte, vis of schaaldieren en ook voor het bereiden van pittige dressings voor salades met asperges, koolrabi, radijs of spruitjes. Met de witte balsamicoazijn kunnen ook Aziatische gerechten worden afgemaakt. De azijn is niet gefilterd en zonder stabilisatoren gebotteld. Daardoor wordt hij na verloop van tijd donkerder. Dit heeft echter geen enkele invloed op de smaak en de kwaliteit.
