Wij zijn milieuvriendelijk!
Als een van de weinige fabrikanten van schuimrubberen speelgoed gebruiken we schuim met een hoge dichtheid. Hierdoor zijn de producten veel duurzamer en gaan ze dus langer mee voor hun kleine eigenaren! We verpakken de producten vacuüm, waardoor we de pakketgrootte verkleinen, wat direct tot vele voordelen leidt. Door de pakketgrootte te verkleinen, hebben we ook het aantal vrachtwagens dat nodig is voor het transport verminderd. Tot wel één per dag! Alle stappen die we hebben genomen, resulteren in een lager brandstofverbruik en minder milieuvervuiling.

So very well written with searing details that bring the horrors of slavery in America into stark relief. It also shows that American slaves were Humans that created and lived in a loving family and community with it's distinct culture, knowledge, and traditions. And it shows how a caring and respectful people with a tradition of warmly greeting strangers, even those that look very different from them, similar to Native Americans in North America, get savagely treated and killed by Europeans. This is one of those special instances when a "loser" gets to write history...the whole history.

A well-written and engaging book
Format: Hardcover
I read this book for a college course, actually. It is difficult to call it a "good" book because the content is pretty awful, but it is well written. There are many sad and stressful moments; the author is very good at pulling you into the emotions of what it would be like to live through the horrors of slavery. My mom read the book after me as well. Neither of us could put it down.
