Dan is er geen ruimte meer voor de zonde. In kaders komen predikanten uit het verleden, de zogenoemde oudvaders, aan het woord over de besproken onderwerpen. De auteur schreef dit boek naar aanleiding van vele gesprekken die hij met jongeren voerde, op school en als ambtsdrager.

Drs. J.J. Grandia is ambtsdrager in de Gereformeerde Gemeente te Gouda, docent Godsdienst op een reformatorische school voor voortgezet onderwijs, docent van de HBO-opleiding theologie van de Cursus Godsdienstonderwijs (CGO) en studeerde  theologie in Utrecht.
