Finale aromatico e persistente.La vita, la passione e la dedizione della famiglia Lorenzon sono racchiuse in ogni singola bottiglia che esce dalla cantina di San Canzian d’Isonzo; non fa eccezione questo Friuli DOC, Sauvignon Blanc decisamente varietale in cui spiccano tutti i profumi erbacei classici del vitigno. Le uve fermentano in acciaio per 14 giorni alla temperatura di 18 °C, per poi proseguire ad affinare sui propri lieviti, sempre in acciaio, per circa 3 mesi.
