Een ontoereikende vitamine D huishouding is door de schaarste aan zonnestralen in onze koude Benelux vaker regel dan uitzondering. Desondanks kan een evenwichtig voedingspatroon een effectieve remedie vormen. De vormen ergocalciferol (vitamine D2) en cholecalciferol (vitamine D3) zijn namelijk respectievelijk te vinden in paddenstoelen en voeding van dierlijke oorsprong. Paddenstoelen en dieren maken op dezelfde manier vitamine D aan als mensen, onder invloed van uv-straling (zonlicht). De vorm die je consumeert uit dierlijke producten (vitamine D3) is zelfs exact dezelfde vitamine D die onze huid aanmaakt.
Het klinkt natuurlijk allemaal heel mooi dat de zonnevitamine ook in onze dagelijkse voeding vertegenwoordigd is, maar de hoeveelheden zijn verwaarloosbaar. Om een beeld te geven, je moet rond de 500 gram gebakken zalm per dag eten om in je vitamine D behoefte te voorzien. Daarnaast is de zon in Nederland slechts vijf maanden per jaar fel genoeg om de huid in haar stralingsbehoefte te voorzien. D3 suppletie lijkt dus voor elke Nederlander behoefte in plaats van luxe, vooral in de donkere maanden. Bovendien zijn de gezondheidsbevorderende effecten van vitamine D3 eindeloos.
Slechts één tablet voorziet in je vitamine D behoefte
Onze vitamine D3 – 75 mcg is het geschikte supplement bij een ontoereikende vitamine D huishouding. We raden je in eerste instantie aan één van onze varianten van de Multi’s Dag & Nacht te gebruiken. De Multi’s Dag & Nacht voorzien in de meeste gevallen namelijk al in je dagelijkse vitamine D behoefte. Breed inzetbaar onder verschillende doelgroepen
Er bestaan echter specifieke doelgroepen die baat hebben bij een vitamine D3 inname van 75 mcg per dag of meer. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn senioren, arbeiders met veel nachtdiensten, of mensen met een donkere huidskleur. Verder zijn mensen die gewoonweg niet veel buiten komen gebaat bij een hogere vitamine D3 inname. Vitamine D3 – 75 mcg kan in deze gevallen naast een van onze de Multi’s Dag & Nacht formules geslikt worden.
Kleine tablet voor optimaal slikgemak
De vitamine D3 – 75 mcg tabletten zijn uiterst klein. We praten over een doorsnee van slechts zeven millimeter, een gemiddeld gewicht van 125 milligram en een dikte van rond de drie millimeter. Zelfs het doorslikken van meerdere tabletten tegelijk moet dus geen enkel probleem vormen!
- Vitamine D bevordert een goed calciumgehalte in het bloed, is goed voor de calciumhuishouding en verhoogt de calciumopname in de botten.
- Vitamine D speelt een rol bij botaanmaak, is goed voor het skelet en voor het behoud van sterke botten.
- Vitamine D is goed voor het celdelingsproces en speelt een rol in weefselgroei en ontwikkeling.
- Vitamine D heeft een positieve invloed op het immuunsysteem.
- Vitamine D is goed voor de spieren en sterke tanden.

Ingrediënten

I'll Take Three!

excellent quality, Good Support
I got this on sale for $67. The process to assemble it was very straightforward and used an Allen wrench. It was rated as the best item in its category and had five stars. I wouldn't consider it a gaming chair, Although it tries to be one. It feels more like an office chair that was glam up to be a gaming chair. But it does an excellent job at supporting a tall large individual, Excellent Support, Good posture. Worth every penny, But not in the same category as a typical gaming chair. Lack some of the bells and whistles had a typical gaming chair would have, But every bit the money I paid for it. If you want something nicer then you need to buy like a $200+ Gaming chair with the bells and whistles.

Very comfortable with good lower-back support
Most comfortable, well made, easy assembly office-gaming chair (very pleased)!
*I suggest, HOLD-OFF popping the seat onto the upper-cylinder until AFTER assembling the back-rest onto the seat/arm-seat with back-rest as a unit...can then be popped onto the upper gas-cylinder(Much more stable than fighting with chair freely rolling and turning) while attempting to aligning the holes assembling the back-rest.
Afterwards the seat with back-rest assembled can easily be popped onto to the upper-end of the gas-cylinder and we are good to go!
* do pay attention to using the correct bubble-packed bolts for each assembly, as directed
* all the holes align -up very precisely... so if screwing in the bolt(s) and after a couple-turns it gets hard-to-turn, we are 'cross-threading the bolt into the threaded hole...so back-out and realign the bolt as so it threads in very easy.
* the bubble-pack of bolts are clearly labeled so as we easily know which ones go where.
*0ne bubble-packet even includes a spare group just in case we lost one (like out in the grass-lawn)?
* Included a T-handle alien-head wrench (all needed for total assembly) very nice for having around if any re-tightening needed. all speaks Quality!

_ the faux-leather seems to be more thick and durable and stitching is NOT ripping-out (as my previous & more expensive chair had done with it's paper-thin faux leather)
_ easy assembled chair seems very sturdy and solid, (yet light weight), in moving around, (not some wobbly contraption as my previous more expensive chair).
