Neus: De invloed van Amerikaans eik biedt hier elegante koekjesachtige tonen die subtiel verweven zijn met de aroma’s van greengage, peer en vanille crème brulée. Een klassieke signatuur van de distilleerderij met een iets assertiever houtachtig karakter.  

Smaak: De smaak biedt een duidelijke frisheid die vervolgens opent met een balans die fijn wordt gemarkeerd door gemoute granen en hout: kleine boterkoekjes, bourbonvanille en pittige gekookte appels.
