De beschermende eigenschappen strekken zich uit tot koolwaterstoffen zoals hexaan, waterstoffluoride, oleum en meer. Daarnaast is de overall getest volgens ASTM F1671 voor bescherming tegen besmettelijke agentia.
De AlphaTec 4000 CFR is uitgevoerd in een zeer opvallende feloranje kleur, wat de zichtbaarheid van de drager verhoogt in risicovolle omgevingen. De overall heeft een geoptimaliseerde pasvorm voor extra comfort en veiligheid tijdens het dragen. Bovendien is het materiaal antistatisch, getest volgens AATCC 76.
Belangrijk om te weten is dat de AlphaTec 4000 CFR overall nooit gedragen mag worden zonder vlamvertragende bescherming eronder. Draag deze overall altijd over kledingstukken die voldoen aan EN ISO 14116 Index 2 of hoger. De overall zelf voldoet aan de EN ISO 14116 Index 1 en de ASTM D6413 normen inzake vlamweerstand.

Do not buy it, unless you want to replace it every 6 months
Do not purchase this, it’s a waste of money. I’ve had it for only 6 months, and as you can see from the picture, the fabric is already coming apart. I don’t think this product is suitable for outdoor use. I live in an area with mild weather (mostly shaded, minimal rain, no snow, and limited sun exposure), and it still couldn’t handle that. Very disappointed. Customer support can’t help after 90 days, so the $100 I paid went to waste.
